Entrance foyer

When you enter Le Petit Moulin main property through entrance, you will find yourself in a spacious foyer. From here a staircase leads up to the open gallery with the library and the accesses to the two wings of the house with 8 bedrooms. In the large foyer there is a sofa area with a Wii console and various games, a sideboard stocked with board games and up-to-date information on excursions and events and a shoe and jacket wardrobe.
Dining room

Next to the entrance foyer there is a large dining room with two long wooden tables which comfortably seat up to 18 people. Direct exit into the park in front of the house.
Under the dining room floor the mill stream flows through the house. This is covered with a glass pane, so that it remains visible. At night it is illuminated which creates a beautiful and special atmosphere. Along the brook there is a low natural stone wall which invites you to sit and chat.
Utility / Laundry room

Behind the dining room there is a utility room (and the access to the garden room). The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fixed and portable drying racks, steam iron, ironing board, mops, buckets, clothes pegs and vacuum cleaner.
Salon

Adjacent to the dining room is a large salon with a traditional open fireplace and a comfortable sofa group. For entertainment there is a plasma TV with Freesat (BBC, ITV etc. and Radio 1,2,3,4 and 5), Blueray DVD player. A small house bar can be used free of charge.
Kitchen

Through the salon you enter the large, open and modern
kitchen which is comfortably equipped with an American fridge, a
5-burner gas stove, two electric ovens and a microwave oven. The
central island with wooden worktop also offers space for the sink,
two dishwashers, a wine fridge and a drinks fridge. It is a great
place to meet for cooking, having breakfast or having a meal within a
small group.
Nespresso coffee machine, various tea pots and exquisite tea blends are at your disposal for free. In the antique wooden shelf you will find a nice selection of local, reasonably priced wines. There is a large rectangular dining table and chairs for 6 people. The two French doors at the back of the kitchen lead outside to the terrace and garden.
Terrace
Through the kitchen you reach the terrace with a sitting area and 3 large tables with comfortable chairs. It is a nice place for al fresco dinner overlooking the small playground (with swings, Wendy house, big trampoline). The terrace pergola offers shade but no protection from rain.
Garden Bedroom

Directly
behind the utility room is the garden room, a ground level bedroom
with two single beds. This room is suitable for elderly couples or
guests with a handicap who cannot climb stairs. There is a direct
exit to the garden behind the house, next to the terrace. The room
and the toilet/shower are wheelchair accessible and appropriately
furnished.
This bathroom can also be used simultaneously as a ground floor toilet for all guests, as it has two lockable doors (doors in the passageway and in the garden room).
