Pricing Details
Security Deposit:
1000 CHF paid to the owner by bank transfer one month before arrival (or at key handover in cash) and returned two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection
Energy costs are included
Linen, Towels and Pool Towels are included
End of stay cleaning is included.
However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, and swept. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
No Pool heating charge during high season.
Please note that pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Guests are advised to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Saturday during high season, otherwise flexible

Pets are welcome on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of CHF 100.00 will apply (paid locally)
